TrackYourTCG is an independent collection tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official product of Riot Games, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, Bandai, Shueisha, Toei Animation, Eiichiro Oda, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Konami, PSA, TCGplayer, eBay, JustTCG, or their affiliates. No publisher has reviewed, approved, or granted permission for this app.
Names and marks
Riftbound, League of Legends, Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and all related names, logos, characters, card artwork, and trade dress are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used here only to identify the game a user has selected — never to suggest sponsorship, approval, or an official relationship.
Where publisher logos and artwork appear
Each supported game’s logo appears on three surfaces only: the game-selection carousel, the control whose sole purpose is choosing which trading card game to view; the one-time product tour, where the logos identify which games the app supports; and the public landing page, which presents the same product-tour compositions to explain what the app does before sign-in. The tour and landing page also show a small number of representative card and sealed-product images, served from the same public catalog sources whose imagery appears throughout the app’s collection screens. In every case the purpose is to identify the actual games and collectibles the app tracks — nothing more. Every publisher is presented identically: the same plate, the same size, the same treatment, the same order. No publisher logo appears in the TrackYourTCG app icon, favicon, wordmark, domain, social image, or pricing, and none is combined with our own mark into a joint or co-branded logo. We do not redraw, recolour, crop, or create derivative versions of any publisher’s mark. Everything else — the TrackYourTCG name, icon, typography, layout, colour system, and illustration — is original and not derived from any publisher’s branding.
No license is claimed
No publisher has licensed, authorised, reviewed, or approved this app, and we do not claim otherwise. Using a trademark to name the product it identifies is a recognised purpose under U.S. trademark law, and that is the only basis on which these logos appear. It is not a permission any rights holder has granted us. Several of these publishers set their own requirements for brand-asset use: Wizards of the Coast’s Fan Content Policy requires prior written consent before incorporating its logos in another project; Riot Games’ “Legal Jibber Jabber” policy likewise requires a written license; Konami’s terms reserve “KONAMI,” “YU-GI-OH!,” and associated logos; and The Pokémon Company does not permit use of its branding in a way that could imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. We hold no license or permission from any of them.
Rights-holder requests
Any rights holder may ask us to stop using their logo, and we will. Each logo is individually switchable in a single line of configuration; turning one off removes it from the product immediately and leaves an original TrackYourTCG game plate in its place, with no effect on any other publisher. Requests can be made through the owner’s contact channel at any time.
