Delete Your TrackYourTCG Account

Delete in the app
Open TrackYourTCG, sign in or continue as a guest, open Profile in the navigation, then Settings, and scroll to Delete account. Type “DELETE MY ACCOUNT” and confirm. The same control is available to anonymous guest collections, which delete the guest collection and its session. Native apps will offer the same flow when they are released.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your live account, collection records, purchases, saved cards, settings, friendships, alerts, provider-usage counters, and stored price history, and signs you out. Signing in again later creates a new empty account.
Retention after deletion
Live data is deleted immediately. Operational events may remain for up to 90 days when needed for abuse prevention and service security.

During the beta, if you cannot reach the in-app deletion control, contact the site owner through the same channel that provided your access. A dedicated public support address must be published before an app-store launch.
